    The Silk Road Dinner Service provides three forms of service.

Main Service - Semi Catering
Drop Off
Full Catering


    Main Service - Semi Catering This is our general and most used service. We provide
    the meal with its initial set up and a cleaning of the chef's utensils, leaving you and your
    guests to enjoy your meal in privacy.

    The Drop Off Service is a delivery of all of the items in your meal, most of which are
    already prepared for you. Items like rice will have to be cooked.  This allows a more
    flexible time for you and your guests to dine at any point in your evening. A simple
    reheating of most the itemsis required.

    Full Catering Service provides not only your delicious meal and its family style setup, but also a
    person to wait on you and your guests for the length of the meal, as well as clean up.  A full buffet
    can be arranged for larger parties or for those who simply would like a buffet and its multiple
    choices.
